Mr. Gray is the Executive Vice President of Old Republic International Corporation (ORI) and the President of Old Republic Asset Management Company (ORAM). In addition to his direct oversight of ORAM and the Treasury operations, he oversees the operations of the home service contract and auto warranty businesses.
Todd has 33 years of insurance industry experience with specific emphasis on finance, accounting, investment and operational management functions. Prior to joining ORI, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Oak Street Funding, a specialty commercial finance organization with a long history in the insurance industry. After starting his career with Deloitte, Todd worked for the publicly traded parent company of American Modern Insurance Group, today part of Munich Re. At American Modern, he served as its President after being its Chief Financial Officer for several years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
