Ms. Richard is the Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Old Republic International Corporation (ORI) with responsibilities for financial reporting and financial operations.
Stephanie has over 25 years of insurance and finance experience across numerous functions, including GAAP and STAT accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls, external audit coordination, financial planning and analysis and staff development. Prior to joining ORI in 2005, she was a Senior Manager at KPMG specializing in the insurance industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
