Mr. Jones is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Old Republic International Corporation (ORI). He works closely with ORI’s Office of the Chief Executive Officer (OCEO), enhancing the Company’s human capital strategy and best practices across the organization, including oversight responsibilities of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Kivin brings over 20 years of experience and has worked across all HR disciplines including HR strategic planning, executive coaching, talent management, total rewards, transformation and business partnering. He was previously Executive Vice President & Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer for the National Basketball Association (NBA) and his experience includes human resource executive positions at USAA, Marsh and CNA Insurance. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan. Kivin also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
