Old Republic intends to conduct our 2024 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders as a “virtual” meeting. Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 25, 2024, are invited to vote their shares before or at the meeting by following the instructions on their proxy materials.
Old Republic plans to mail its proxy materials to all registered holders and street name holders of its Common Stock on or about March 28th. These materials should be delivered within about two weeks of that date. Please contact your broker if you have not received your proxy materials within a reasonable time after that date.
