Old Republic International Declares Cash Dividend On Common Stock
CHICAGO, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 17 cents per share. The common stock dividend is payable September 15, 2003, to shareholders of record September 5, 2003.
Old Republic International has paid common stock dividends without interruption since 1942. The Company currently has approximately 120.8 million common shares outstanding.
