Old Republic International Corporation Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock
CHICAGO, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 13 cents per share. This latest dividend reflects an increase of 14.7 percent over the rate that prevailed through March 2004. The common stock dividend is payable September 15, 2004, to shareholders of record on September 3, 2004.
Old Republic International has paid cash dividends on its common stock for the past 63 years without interruption, and has raised the annual payout for twenty-three consecutive years, most recently in March of this year. The Company currently has approximately 182.1 million common shares outstanding.
